Lina Al Khoury, MA

Lina is a personal and professional life coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She obtained a degree in education from the Lebanese University. She then got certified in mental health counseling. She has been working in one-on-one settings with clients since 2007.

Following a Life Coaching program will enable one to realize their true potential, through a process of identifying destructive behavior and thinking patterns in their life and addressing the root causes in a supportive, caring and inspirational environment. This is achieved by empowering people with specific tools and evidence-based techniques that work. It uses a solution focused approach to personal development that assists clients in making a change in all areas of their lives.

The process involves:

Evaluating one’s career choices in light of their personality, strengths and weaknesses.
Coming to terms with the necessity of goal-setting and positive thinking.
Building better and more fruitful relationships.
Living up to one’s fullest potential.
